This commemorative glass shows the new gatehouse at New Place with the inscription 'Shakespeare's New Place Staff & Volunteers 2016'. It was produced for the 2016 re-opening of New Place and given as a gift to staff and volunteers. It shows how important the local community were in the archaeological project ‘Dig for Shakespeare’ and the re-presentation of New Place that followed.
