Thomas Rutter of Stratford-upon-Avon, haberdasher for 31 years of all that one messuage or tenement with appurtenances in Chapel Street now in the tenure of one George Shakleton and so much of the backside thereof as is now divided and set out to be demised with the same namely unto the post at the lower corner of the stable parcel of the same tenement cross over to the post called a 'pricke post' in the building of Frauncis [Francis] Smyth, mercer.
