John Byrkin Bellamy and Edward Banister, gentlemen, both of Shipston-on-Stour in the county of Worcester of all that newly erected messuage or tenement with appurtenances in Husbandsman's end in Shipston-on-Stour lately in the occupation of John Byrkin Bellamy; and also part of a messuage or tenement in Bridge Street in Stratford-upon-Avon in the occupation of Robert John Barnhurst as is freehold and all the garden therewith adjoining also in the occupation of Robert John Barnhurst; and all that messuage or tenement in Bridge Street late in the occupation of George Milward but now divided into two dwellinghouses in the several occupations of Robert John Barnhurst and Willliam Coles.
