Bounded on the north part by a messuage or tenement in the occupation of Edward Canning; on the south part by a messuage or tenement and premises in the occupation of 2; on the west by Chapel Street; and by a garden late of William Hunt Esquire, deceased Written on the outside of counterpart lease: 'Now let to Edwd [Edward] Cooke, cooper' and 'No. 11'
