John Wheeler of Stratford-upon-Avon, shoemaker for 31 years of all that messuage or tenement and shop thereunto belonging with appurtenances in Middle Row in Bridge Street. Between the tenements of 1 in the several occupations of Mary Fisher, spinster, on the east side and Margarett Horne, widow, assignee of Richard Smith alias Court on the west part. Mention of a surrender of a lease previously made by 1 to 2 and that 2 'hath formerly expended moneys in defending of a suit at lawe brought against him by the late Right Honorable [Lionel] Earle of Middlesex in which the said Burrouggh was concerned' 9 Jan 1663/4
