Defendant having maliciously given utterance openly to the following speech on the 29th of May, anno 2 Elizabeth, " Yow ma se what onesty is in Wylliam Bott that hath takyn.xl.d of Holwey to be a councell wyth hym ayenst Rawlyns, and nowe hath made Rawlyns play ayenst Holwey of hys owne hand-wrytyng, and that I wyll justyfye."
