Conveyance by lease and release from Edward Nash of East Greenwich, co. Kent, esquire, to John Collins of Grays Inn, esquire, Arnold Griffith of London, scrivener, and John Page, citizen of London, woollen draper, of a house and lands known as Loxley Farm in Loxley in the tenure of Reginald Forster, esquire, the tithes of the lordship of Shottery, the parsonage house and two yardlands at Haselor, several messuages in Stratford-upon-Avon and Old Strtaford in the tenures of --- Harbridge, James Strayne, John Sharp and --- Bellers, a messuage in East Lane, East Greenwich, with eight further messuages (tenants given) and thirteen acres of marshland thereunto belonging; and several messuages in Stepney, co. Middlesex. To hold to various uses, including: the farm in Loxley to the use of his grandson, Reginald Forster (son of Reginald Forster by Mary his wife, daughter of Edward Nash), and his heirs, or, in default to his sisters, Jane and Mary Forster; the Shottery tithes to the use of his grand-daughter, Jane Forster; and the parsonage house at Haselor and the messuages in Stratford-upon-Avon and Old Stratford to the use of his grand-daughter, Mary Forster.
