Conveyance by lease and release from Sir Gray Skipwith to William Wilkins of Alveston, tailor, of a messuage late in the tenure of Thomas Ashbourne, since of Thomas Vincent, and now converted into four cottages in the tenures of William Wilkins, Thomas Vincent, William Grant and Mary Nicholls, being part of the estate conveyed under the recitals in DR963/1 above.
