Gift with warranty by John le Sweyn of Wotton [Wootton] to John Boteler of Ederstone [Edstone] of half an acre of arable land in the district of Ederstone [Edstone], which lies between the lands of the abbey and of the convent of Bordesleye and which runs from the road which leads from Warwichia [Warwick] to Alicestria [Alcester] with its headlands to le Venne. To hold of chief lords of that fee for the due services which are customary by law. Witnesses: William of Kirkeby, Walter le Boteler, John Atteford, Gregory de la Hulle.
