Grant by John, son and heir of John de Dumbulton' of Stretford-upon Auen, to William son of Thomas de Hatton' of the same, of half a burgage of land in Stratford `in vico Fullonum' (Walkers' street) between tenements which Nicholas [K]ingot and the said John formerly held, for service thence due and accustomed Witnesses: Henry de Hatton', John Begelyn, William de Wylecote, Robert de Ponte, junior, John de Tysho, and many others Endorsed: "Willelmi Hatton" and in a later hand "non babeo yeld tenet et in manu domini" and "Rob.
