Grant reciting that whereas King Richard under his privy seal granted to William Bagot certain messuages with a meadow in Stratford upon Auen for term of his life, the said William hss granted all his right in the said messuages and meadow to Robert Waldene of Warrewyk, William de Offechirche, William de Folkeshull, chaplain, and Simon Wychewode, with reversion to the King Witnesses: John Bray, William Hobekyns, William de la Chambre of Warrewyk, Walter Breohull, William Westyndon and others Dated at Warrewyk, Thursday after the feast of St. Matthew the Apostle, 8 Richard II Seal of brown wax, oval.
