Indenture of assignment between Thomas Hobbins of Binton co. Warwick husbandman and Jane Hill same parish and co. spinster of the one part and Thomas Goodwyn same parish and co. yeoman of the other whereby, after reciting DR34/1, DR34/2, DR34/5 and DR34/9, it is witnessed that in conson. of £30. 6s. paid to Thomas Hobbins and £36. 15s. paid to Jane Hill, these two last named absolutely grant and assign to Thomas Goodwyn the cottage garden close in Binton for the remainder of the term of 2000 years without equity of redemption of anyone Signed: Thomas Hobbins, Jane Hill Seals: papered Witnesses: Tho.
