Description
Assignment from Richard Masson of Stoneleigh, fuller, and Catherine his wife (late wife of Thomas Pype, fuller, and executrix of his will) to Lancelot Granger of Offchurch, yeoman, for £37 6s 8d, of a lease, dated 25 March 1522 from Robert Sutton, abbot of Stoneleigh, to Thomas Pype of a messuage in a croft called Rabcroft, with a walkmill thereto belonging for 60 years.
