Burton Dassett: early deeds, Great Dassett, a grant

Description

Grant by Richard, son of Robert Warner of Great Dasset [Burton Dasset] to Richard Chapman of the same place and Imaine [?] his wife, for their lives, of a messuage and quarter [yardland] which grantor holds by right and inheritance after the death of Robert his father, in the town and fields of Dasset aforesaid.

To hold to the said Richard and his wife for their lives and the life of the longer liver, of the chief lord of the fee for services due and accustomed, paying to Richard Warner and his heirs after four years, 2 shillings per annum, for ten years, then 20 shillings per annum in lieu of suit, service and all demands.
