Extracts from 'Notitia Diocese' (being the precedent book of John Price, Chancellor, 1696-1705), mainly comprising notes culled from bishop's registers. Entries on ff. 27v, 28, 30v relate to Stratford and its chapelries (Bishopton and Luddington) and those on f. 87 to Blockley, co. Glos.
