Inquisiton[incomplete] under 'an act to amend the general laws now in being for regulating turnpike roads in that part of Great Britain called England', called to investigate the possessing of certain land by the trustees appointed under 'an act for repairing the roads from Coventry to Warwick and from Coventry to Martyns Gutter and other roads communicating therewith', which land was the subject of a cause in Chancery between William Henry Butler, James Wallington, Thomas Morris, Catherine Perkins, Catherine Martha Perkins, Catherine Swann Perkins,John Samuel Perkins, Samuel Perkins, Richard Wigstead and Mary Elizabeth Perkins, owners of the said land, plaintiffs, and Robert Pooleand Arthur Haynes, clerks to the said trustees, defendants
