Gift with warranty from Thomas Ham[ond] of Brinkelowe to William de Watereton' of a moiety of one burgage and two selions of arable land in Brinkelowe, the said moiety of a burgage lying between a tenement of William de Craft and the tenement of Ralph Hamond, and the two selions of land lying on Fossefurlong between land of [Thomas Jon]essone and land of Richard de Felde, with another selion lying on the same furlong next land of the said Thomas, and another selion lying at Peter's croft next land of John son of Margery; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee.
