Mortgage from Samuel Fleckne of Rugby yeoman, and Mary his wife, daughter and heiress of William Verity, late of Brinklow blacksmith, deceased, to Susannah Martin of Newton in the parish of Clifton upon Dunsmore, widow, of a messuage or cottage and backside, with a bay of barning adjoining, lying in Brinklow, in the occupation of Richard Leader, together with the use of the well in the yard adjoining in the tenure of ---, for a term of 500 years at a pepper corn rent, to secure £15.
