Gift with warranty from Elizabeth le Noreys de Wavere and Elena her daughter to Stephen de Berdingber' of five acres of arable land with appurtenances in the fields of Kinggeshulle, namely in Le Brocfelt half an acre at Le Portbrug next land of the Abbot, half an acre on Le Middelforlong' next land of the ?swineherd (porcar'), two roods called Le Wellelondes next land of Leodegar, half an acre at Moldewelle next land of Richard Nich', half an acre at Le Brodehom with the meadow next land of Richard Nicholes and three `croftbottes' next land of the said Richard, and in the little field half an acre of land beyond the footpath from Covent' next land of Richard Nicholes, half an acre on Le Banlond next the road on one side and the land of Leodegar on the other, in Le Wodefelt two butts on Le Banlont, abutting from the highway as far as the headland of Margery de Balescot and half an acre at Piletesput next Richard Nich'; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee, rendering annually to the grantors one penny.
