Feoffment from David Bull of Stichall, alias Stivechall, gent., to Thomas Boughton of Bilton, esq., for 300 pounds, of a messuage with garden, orchard, croft and yard land belonging to it; a cottage with garden and croft; a messuage with a garden and croft and six selions of land, and a cottage with orchard and backside; all of which property lies in Stichall, and is in the tenure of the said David Bull, and which he purchased from Sir John Francklyne, knight, Dame Elizabeth his wife, Robert Roberts, clerk and Jane his wife [no.853]; to hold for ever of the chief lord of the fee, free from all claims, etc. except one indenture of mortgage made by the said David Bull to Eustace Burneby and Alice Knightlye, dated 30 September 11 Charles [no. 858].
