Lease from Thomas Gregorye of Coventr', gent., to Thomas Hill of Henwell Grange in the lordship of Stonley, yeoman, of a capital messuage with a garden and croft in Kingeshill and one other croft lying over against the said messuage on the south side of the highway there and two and a quarter yardlands and one quarter of arable land and meadow in Kingeshill, in the tenure of the said Thomas Hill, and also of one other messuage and a croft there and one and three quarter yardlands late in the tenure of Alice Hall, widow; to hold the same for 21 years, rendering annually £2. 10s. 8d.
