Proceedings against Sebastian Lyddyatt, late of Minworth, weaver, Simon Wignall, late of Aston, labourer, John Byker late of the same, labourer, Thomas Jeffreys, alias Russhen, late of Aston, labourer, Simon Weale, late of Minworth, labourer and Edward Cooper, late of Aston, labourer, on the complaint of Ralph Rugeley, gent., that they had broken into a close of his at Dunton and taken away timber to the value of 40 shillings
