Description
Conveyance by lease and release from Thomas Dicconson to Mathew Holbeche of Clements Inn, co. Middx., gent., of the premises described in no. 329; to hold to the use of the said Thomas Dicconson and Elizabeth his wife for life, with remainder to Thomas Holbeche, son of Amilian Holbeche (brother of Elizabeth Dicconson), on condition that he pays £100 to the children and grandchildren of Amilian Holbeche, John Holbeche, his brother and Margaret Greene, his sister.
