Middx. gent. for 5s. in silver of a messuage or cottage and premises, close of 2 acres adjoining and another close of 8 acres in Whirly fields near Back lane and the upper end of Barn Croft meadow, in Ullenhall in Wootton Wawen and then in the occupation of John Lea, to hold for one whole year paying one peppercorn rent if it should be demanded.
