Draft copy of DR3/412 with memorandum endorsed to the effect that Henry Ferrers had settled lands on George Ferrers to pay the debts of the said George, from which debts the said George agreed to preserve the said Henry harmless. Endorsed: 1. [In a near contemporary hand] Hen: Ferrers his deed to direct ye recovery 2. [c.1839] 20 January 1688 (sic) Dr Deed (Release) for making a Tenant to the Precipe and declaring the uses of a Recovery of Baddesley Clinton by Henry Ferrers and George Ferrers his Son. [132]
