Description

Gift from James de Clynton' lord of Baddesleye to Robert le Pursere de Warr' of all the lands and tenements which the said James held by the gift and feoffment of Gilbert Thrusteyn of Baddesleye in Baddesleye, with meadows, feedings, pastures, woods, hedges, ditches and all other appurtenances. To hold the same for ever from the chief lord of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause against all men and women. Sealing clause. Witnesses: William de Wolfreton' de Warr', John Pesham de Rowynton', John de Nafford' of the same, John de Wodeyate of the same, William Gegghe de Warr', William de Moreye de Baddesleye, Nicholas de Baddesleye and others.
