Description

Demise for the life of the grantor from Cecilia widow of James de Clinton' lord of Baddesleye-clinton' to Thomas atte Forde of Chadeleswich' of all her share in a piece of land in the waste land of Baddesleye between the land of Geoffrey son of Roger atte Wode on the one hand and the road leading towards le Witemarleput on the other and extending in length from the land of Adam Damalice as far as the land of Roger atte Fenne. Also all her share in a piece of land lying in the waste land of Baddesleye between the land of Thomas atte Fenne on the one hand and the land of Adam Steuene on the other, and extending in length from the land of Thomas de Baddesley as far as the road leading toward le Witemarleput with ditches, pastures, feedings and all other appurtenances belonging to the said Cecilia as her dower since the death of her husband. To hold the same from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause for the life of the said Cecilia. Sealing clause.
