Description

Gift from Thomas Schropschir' of Baleshale to John Tymmen of the same of a piece of meadowland in Baddeslee lying in breadth and length between the land of the said Thomas, the land of Thomas Robines, the land of Geoffrey Euoton' and the wood of the lord of Baddeslee as it is enclosed by certain boundaries. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee, rendering 1d. at the two terms of the feast of St. Michael the Archangel and the Purification of the Blessed Mary in equal portions in lieu of all services, suit of court, heriot, and exactions, saving to the inhabitants of the tenement of William Morrey free entrance and exit to his land.
