Description

Lease from Joan daughter of Thomas de Clynton' lady of Baddesleye to William Taylour of Balysale, Alice his wife and Matilda daughter of Walter Taylour of Idlyngcote of four fields with adjacent meadow land in Baddesley which belonged to John Robyns of Ballysale as they are defined by certain boundaries, excepting six selions held by Adam Steuene. To hold the same for the term of their lives or whichever of them lived longest, rendering annually to the said Joan 3s. 8d. at the two terms, that is 22d. at the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Mary in lieu of all services except foreign service.
