Gift from William le Rodye of Warrewyk' to Walter Andreu of Stretford chaplain of one messuage with fields, meadows, pastures, feedings, ponds, fishpools, marlpits, groves, roads, paths, hedges, ditches and all other appurtenances in Baddesley Clinton' together with woodland extending on the one hand `in tho' Kyngeswode, on another side next to Nonneleyefeld', Geggegroue and Lockescroft' and thus by a lane `into' Grenefeld, and extending on the third side by the wood of the lord of Baddesley Clynton' according to the trees growing there and the headland of the said wood extending `to' Ketelestyl. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
