Quitclaim from William Auger of Couentre to Robert Kent alias Halughton' of Couentr' barbour of lands, tenements, rents, reversions, services, meadows, pastures, feedings, with woods, hedges, ponds, ditches and all other appurtenances, which the said William held in Baddesley by the gift and feoffment of John Mayhow of Couentre, son and heir of John Mayhow of Baddesley, which the said John held by right and inheritance upon the death of Roger Mayhow his grandfather and Juliana his wife, his grandmother, daughter and heir of John Godeman. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
