Quitclaim from Robert Burdet to John Weston' and John Hull' chaplain of an annual rent of 6s. 8d. from lands and tenements called Gilberteslond' in Baddesley Clynton'. To hold the same for ever. Warranty clause. Sealing clause. Witnesses: William Methewey; John Baylly de Rowynton'; John Goodman'; Thomas Harper of the same; William Barre, clerk and others. Given at Rowynton' Friday on the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary 11 Henry IV [15 August 1410]. Circular seal of red wax on tag, the arms of Burdet. 3/4 in. see DR3/193. A shield of arms, on two bars six martlets, in fess point an annulet, the whole within an eight-foil decorated border. Endorsed: 1.
