Gift from Richard Leper of Chaddeswych' to Richard Whytley of Baddesley Clynton' and Thomas Hukyns of Wroxhale of three and a half acres of land with appurtenances in Baddesley lying between the land of Robert Leper on the one hand and the highway from la Stones towards the manor of Baddesley in breadth and in length from the land of the Templars of Balsale as far as the lane leading towards le Whyte marleput. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service and paying also 14d. at the feast of St. Michael the Archangel and the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in equal portions.
