Description

Gift from Thomas Ive of Kyngeswode in the parish of Rowynton' to John Smyth of the same, John Saundres of Baddesley Clynton' and Alice his wife, daughter of the said Thomas, of one croft called Blakecroft lying in Baddesley between the demesne land of Kyngeswood and the land of the Duchy of Lancastre on the one hand and the highway leading from Henley towards Couentre on the other. Also one meadow with a pond and garden place as it is enclosed by hedges and ditches commonly called Blakeland'. To hold the same to the said John Smyth, John Saundres and Alice his wife and the assign of the said Alice for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause.
