Quitclaim from John Rody of Warrewyk the younger, to John Brome of Warrewyk of a messuage with fields, meadows, pastures, feedings, ponds, fisheries, marlpits, groves, roads, paths, ditches, hedges and all their appurtenances together with woodland extending as far as Kyngeswod' on the one hand and on the other extending by Nonneleyfeld', Geggegrove and Lokkescroft and thus by a lane as far as Grenefeld', and extending on the third side by the wood of the lord of Baddesley Clynton as it is defined by a line of trees growing there, the headland of the said wood extending as far as Ketelstyle.
