Gift from Thomas Brereton esq. of the King's Bodyguard and John Brome gent. to Richard Higham, Thomas Frowyk' serjeants of the King at law, Robert Throgmerton', Edward Belknap', Richard Halle, John Denton', John Harwell', Andrew Wyndesore, John Archer, Thomas Essex, John Bardefeld, Robert Brudenell', Hugh Shyrley, Edward Rawley the younger, Edward Grevyle esqs., Thomas Denton', John Archer the younger, John Clopton' son of William Clopton' and Richard Throgmerton gents. of the manor of Baddysley Clynton' with appurtenances, 7 acres of meadow, 28 acres of pasture and 4 acres of woodland in Baddesley Clynton', also the manor of Wodelowe with appurtenances and lands in Wodelowe, Ouirwodecote, Netherwodecote, Bewsall, Offchurch, Eythorp', Honnyngham, Warwyk', Myton', Lee, Budbrook, Hampton Curle and Bardford', excepting the lands lately granted to Thomas Marowe and Isabel his wife and their heirs, all which lands aforesaid the grantors held by the gift and feoffment of Thomas Kebell serjeant of the King at law. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. The said grantors appointing William Hobson and William Dowman attorneys to deliver seisin. Sealing clause.
