Description
Lease and release, the release being a conveyance from Richard Fowler, Aston by Birmingham, gent., the Commisisoner for the Studley Enclousre Act, to Thomas Gilbert of the parish of Oldborough, co. Worcs., yeoman, and Edward Cooper of Henley-in-Arden, co. Warwick, gent., his trustee, in consideration of £30 of a small piece of Studley common at Node Hill.
