Draft release and assignment in trust to sell by Thomas Hughes, Great Rollright, Oxon., yeoman, and James Harris late Toddenham, now Brailes, yeoman (the executors and devisees in trust of Joseph Dix, Sibford Ferris, Oxon, yeoman, deceased), John Payton, S/A, gent., and Thomas Adkins, Birmingham, tailor to John Arnold, Birmingham, gent. and William Hemings, S/A, surveyor, of the Long Ground, the Shop Ground, part being a Bowling Green, the upper part of the garden of the White Lion Inn and the Langet - all in Old Stratford, all late in the tenure of William Barke, now of the representatives of Michael Roche. To repay sums of £1850 and £370 due to Thomas Adkins as heir of John Adkins. Recitals (1)-(3) as DR42/541.
