Marriage settlement between Wilson Marshall, Rushford, Salford, Warks., gent. and Alice Gould, Dunnington, Salford, spinster: Trustees: John Gould, Dunnington, yeoman and Thomas Marshall, Arrow, gent. Copyhold premises in Harvington, viz: 3 messuages and 3 half-yard lands appertaining; 6 acres, 1 yard land, one messuage and 5 selions all in Harvington. 1 yard land, one messuage and 5 selions all in Harvington. In Trust to the use of the said Wilson and Alice for their lives and then equally between the surviving children or their issue (grand-children taking only their deceased parents share). Recitals (1) 19 May 1773. Grant of copyhold premises by Manor of Harvington to Martha Shakell, wife of George, labourer and John Milward, Church Lench, taylor, as trustees for Mary Marshall, Harvington, widow (mother of Wilson). (2) 22 Oct 1784 Admittance of Wilson Marshall, on death of Mary, after the lives of Martha Shakell John Milward and for life of John Gould.
