Conveyance by lease and release from Thomas Taylor of Stratford-upon-Avon to Thomas Hunt and William Penn, both of the same, gentlemen, of two cottages in High Street, in the tenures of --- Malins and --- Whitehead, and two gardens near these cottages, in the tenure of Charles Pestell, surgeon, and John Gruby, grocer (subject to a mortgage to Mary Higgins of Stratford-upon-Avon, spinster) [31a], a messuage in Church Street in the tenure of the said Thomas Taylor, held on lease from the Mayor and Corporation by indenture dated 16 July 1786 (also mortgaged) [no.10] and all his household goods; to hold the same in trust to sell and pay off sundry debts owed by the said Thomas Taylor.
