Description

Assignment from William Reader of Bedworth, wool stapler, and Susanna his wife, to Edward Townsend of Tiddington in Alveston, gent. for £180, of a lease dated 11 March 1729/30, from Lionel Duke of Dorset, to Susanna Heming the elder, widow and executrix of Joseph Heming, late of Stratford, of a parcel of land between Wood Street and Meer Pool Lane, with two cottages erected thereon (boundaries and dimensions) for 99 years; which lease had been assigned by the said Susanna the elder, on 30 May 1750, to her daughter, Susanna Heming the younger (who had later married the said William Reader) by which time more buildings had been erected.
