Description
Case, with the Opinion of Lancelot Shadwell, Lincolns Inn, as to the proper distribution of the estate of John Fisher, Welford, yeoman, who died intestate in 1803, leaving a widow, Elizabeth and three infant children: John, Elizabeth and Mary, all of whom are now dead, the children unmarried and intestate, the widow having married Joseph Marshall and leaving 3 children.
