Description
Papers relating to an action in Redditch County Court for ejectment and appeal against judgement in re Robert George [Windsor-Clive] Lord Windsor v. Ann Bourne, 1879-82 and Mary Wright her landlady. The cottage in question is claimed as freehold by Bourne but as tenanted by Windsor. Questions as to whether rent paid is `quit rent' or tenancy at will.
