Draft release by Michael Pettipher, Barcheston, Warks., farmer, to Henry Smith, servant for £21 of moiety in land allotted to John Smith, deceased, father of said Henry, and of moiety of closes in Sibford Gower in occupation Philip Evans, all which moiety Michael Pettipher had purchased 28 February and 1 March 1794 of John Smith, brother of said Henry, subject to payment of moiety of £40 legacy to Elizabeth Smith sister of John and Henry.
