Draft release by Michael Pettipher the elder, Sibford, Oxon., gent., with Michael Pettipher the younger, only son and heir and Elizabeth his wife, late Hartwell, spinster, with Thomas Edden, Blackwell, Warks., gent., uncle of said Elizabeth, to Thomas Roberts the younger, Paxford, Warks., gent., William Gillett, Upper Brailes, woolstapler, as trustees, being marriage settlement of said Michael junior and Elizabeth and settling, in consideration of £500 portion paid by Thomas Edden, on trustees, 20 acres in Sibford Ferris to use of Michael Pettipher the younger for life, then of Elizabeth for life with remainder to children equally.
