Description

Draft release by John Wilkes, Wardenton, farmer (eldest son and heir of Thomas Wilkes, the same, farmer and Hannah his wife, née Coleman, both deceased) to Thomas Thacker, Wardenton, butcher and John Watson the same, farmer, of farm and 30 acres in Wardenton in occupation Joseph Lord of Williamscott, together with all personal and household effects of said John Wilkes. In trust to use of John Wilkes for life with remainders to any wife of said John, heirs of their bodies and finally to absolute use of Hannah Maria Wilkes, sister of said John.
