Deed of sale by Thomas Reddle, of Southwark, waterman, William Hall of London, clothworker, and Susanna, his wife, to Susanna Gunne, of Stratford upon Avon, widow, for £20, of a messuage in Stratford in `the Swine streete', late in the tenure of Richard Hall, glover, and lying between tenements of William Myles and of Anne Myles, widow. Signed. Witnesses: Matthew How, Isaac Gardner, Isaak Bennett. Endorsed with appointment of Abraham Bailey as attorney to deliver possession which was accordingly delivered in the presence of Francis Neall, Richard Dury, Susanna Dury, Richard Duery, 23 October 1672
