Description

Covenant by John Gardner, of Welsbourn Mountford, chandler, to reconvey on payment of £500, with interest at 4 per cent, to Isaac Gardner of Stratford upon Avon, ironmonger, and Martha, his wife, a messuage etc. in Bridge Street, known as the Red Horse Inn formerly in the tenure of Randolph Hicks and lately of John Spurr, and which on the decease of the last-named intestate descended, subject to the dower of Mary, his widow, to his three daughters Sarah, wife of Levi Stickley, Elizabeth wife of Francis Parsons and Martha wife of Isaac Gardner, and subsequently came by purchase to the said Isaac and Martha only, and was conveyed by them and Richard Allen, senior, and Thomas Taylor, of Stratford upon Avon, assignees in bankruptcy of the said Isaac, to the first-named John Gardner
