Worcs., esq., and Martha Dewes of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow of William Venner late of Alcester, haberdasher, to Edward Atwood of Great Alne, gent., of a lease dated 23 March 22 Charles I [1647] from William Venner to Maurice Walsingham of Coughton, gent., of three yards of land etc. in Old Stratford, Welcombe and Bushampton [Bishopton] (lately purchased from Stephen Halford and Alice Halford, widow) for 99 years at a yearly rent of 1d. With memorandum of assignment, 9 October 1669, by Edward Atwood to John Wolmer, senior, and Laurence Harwood.
