Draft Conveyance from the Trustees appointed under an Act of 11 George IV 'for repairing the road from Birmingham through Warwick and Warmington to the utmost limits of the county in Edgehill' to William Oakes Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon, Clerk of the Peace for the county of Warwick, at the nomination of the committee appointed by an Act of 8 9 Victoria to provide an asylum for pauper lunatics, for £85, of a parcel of land then used as a garden containing 420 sq. yds in Budbrook on the North of the said Turnpike Road, and adjoining the land of the said committee and the Earl of Warwick.
